AMFA brings the magic of Eric Carle’s The Very Hungry Caterpillar to life on stage in our newly renovated Performing Arts Theater. This production has been dazzling audiences around the globe for over five years with its faithful adaptations of Carle’s timeless classics.
Experience a menagerie of over 75 extraordinary puppets, including the show’s star, The Very Hungry Caterpillar, and characters from Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?, 10 Little Rubber Ducks, and The Very Lonely Firefly.
Carle’s well-known books captivate readers with his iconic and colorful collage illustrations and distinctively simple stories, introducing generations of children to a bigger, brighter world—and to their first experience of reading itself.
