Lynda Williams is an Arkansas-based enamellist who creates unique jewelry that beautifully echoes works featured in AMFA’s exhibition The Triumph of Nature: Art Nouveau from the Chrysler Museum of Art.
Her unique style combines formed copper, powdered glass, sterling silver, and gemstones detailed using the sgraffito technique. This technique involves scratching away portions of the powdered glass to reveal a previous layer, which she uses to create flowers, leaves, and other shapes found in nature.
