Lydia Martin is a local contemporary jeweler whose designs explore surface, line, and movement. Using traditional metalsmithing techniques, she creates pieces that become investigations of intentions and consequences.

About Lydia Martin
Martin received an MFA from State University of New York at New Paltz in 2017, and a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has exhibited both nationally and internationally. Currently, Lydia is the Windgate Artist in Residence in Metals at UA Little Rock, where she heads the jewelry and metalsmithing program.
