Lydia Martin’s exclusive jewelry trunk show opens in the Museum Store with a special event showcasing the designer’s latest work.
Martin is a local contemporary jeweler who uses traditional metalsmithing techniques to create pieces that become investigations of intentions and consequences. Enjoy a glass of Prosecco (21+) and sample sweet treats while Martin helps you pick out the perfect piece to take home.
About Lydia Martin
Martin received an MFA from State University of New York at New Paltz in 2017, and a BFA from Rochester Institute of Technology. She has exhibited both nationally and internationally. Currently, Lydia is the Windgate Artist in Residence in Metals at UA Little Rock, where she heads the jewelry and metalsmithing program.
