Students will visit the Rivera’s Paris exhibition and study the portraits of artists by artists. They will then return to the studio and learn to draw portraits working from a live model while exploring the areas of facial anatomy, model positioning, lighting, and expression.
The instructor will lead students through lessons and critiques that will help the students build on existing skills.
