Celebrate Dr. Seuss’s birthday with Seuss-themed lawn game activities and, of course, bubbles!
Kick off the opening day of Dr. Seuss’s The Cat in the Hat with a squeaky-clean bubble party with the cast and Little Rock’s favorite bubble maker, Big Poppa Bubble.
